BC Rental Burnaby (BRB) Apartment Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation/Amendment: ( BRB has two cancellation policies: Day Rental Policy and Month Rental Policy)

Deposit: it is the money the customer paid to secure the reservation or booking. It is 50% of the Total Amount.

Total Amount: it is money the customer totally paid to the service provider, like Easy Lodge, Holiday Inn, etc.

1. BRB Day Rental Cancellation Policy:

1.1: If canceled up to 30 days before date of arrival, A fixed amount $50 will be charged for administration fee

1.2: If canceled between 30 days to 10 days before date of arrival, 25% of total amount will be charged.

1.3: if canceled less than 10 days before date of arrival or in case of no- show, 50% of total amount will be charged.

2. BRB Month Rental Cancellation Policy:

2.1: If canceled up to 30 days before date of arrival, A fixed amount $50 will be charged for administration fee

2.2: If canceled between 30 days to 10 days before date of arrival, $200 will be charged.

2.3: if canceled less than 10 days before date of arrival or in case of no- show, $350 will be charged.
